Hi, I'm Sarah Ravella and I have expertise in residential real estate throughout San Carlos and surrounding communities. Growing up as a second-generation San Carlos resident, I'm passionate about education, recreational activity and entertainment in safe neighborhoods and I have built lasting relationships with dozens of families who share the same interests.

As a Top Producer among agents on the Peninsula, I specialize in single-family homes with a focus on new home construction. Working closely with my husband Joe, owner of Ravella Construction, I have gained valuable experience selling new homes throughout San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Belmont and San Mateo. Joe is a seasoned homebuilder in these areas and is a tremendous resource for new home construction and renovation.

I believe that buying or selling a home can be challenging, complex and emotional at times. That's why I value relationships and work hard to be a trusted advisor for my clients.
